They also accommodated our request for different tires, and while not able to trade the old tires on the truck for the new ones, they gave us a good deal on them. Alex was our first point of contact and was great. Very attentive to our needs but not pushy. Jaksa was great to deal with on the financing end, explaining our options on undercoating, extended warranties, etc, but not pushing anything. We even got an email from Louis checking in on a Sunday morning to make sure we were happy with the whole process. I would 100% recommend this dealership.
