Max is a great guy to deal with. After issues with the car a week later, he just get to the point with maintenance side of the house, getting things done quickly. I have been to this dealership a few times, and I will keep coming back. All staffs have been very helpful in all departments.

Max was great to work with. It was nice to deal with a car enthusiast, who was as knowledgable as I am on the motorsport aspect of things. I found it very easy to talk to Max too, and just straight talk trucks, engines, superchargers etc., and all good things performance relating to the truck I bought. Thanks very much Max! I really wanted a Ford Maverick and had approached several dealerships. My kids were getting older and I loved my van and it was only 4 years old, but it was time to make a change. I had done my own research so I knew the specs pretty well. To my disappointment, as I shopped at several dealerships, there was little discussion about the granular details, little knowledge about the specs I was offered, and in one instance I was made to feel like it was a privilege to even have time with the salesperson. Remember I had an almost new vehicle in excellent shape so there was no pressure on my end to purchase anything. I have also had 3 cringy experiences with my other new car purchases with other dealership brands where I left feeling lied to and taken advantage of. I walked into Barrie Ford and everyone was so kind and professional. Robert spent over an hour explaining the dealership, the specs on the different Maverick options (was quite knowledgeable), he was very transparent on the ordering options of the vehicle, how long I could expect to wait. Because of Robert I was able to make an informed decision about what was good for me and my family that I could feel good about. I bought on the spot because of his professionalism and expertise. There was no surprises and no sinking "oh here we go" moments. There was no pressure or hidden fees. This is my first Ford, and I am still so shocked that I had such a positive normal experience buying a new vehicle from a dealership. I will be seeking out Robert for my future vehicle purchases. Establishing trust in business is so important. It made my first truck purchase so amazing. Thank you Robert and Barrie Ford team, highly recommend! I wouldn't waste your time looking elsewhere if a Ford is what you are after. For me, the experience was so beyond anything else I found in Simcoe County.
