Took my 2020 van in for an oil change. It requires 5 qts. 0 - 20W oil. When I got the invoice it stated that they used 6 quarts of 5 - 20W oil and they charged me for the extra 6th quart. It requires 5 qts. 0 - 20W oil. When I got the invoice it stated that they used 6 quarts of 5 - 20W oil and they charged me for the extra 6th quart. When I showed them the manual they said their invoice was a misprint and they did in fact add 5 qts of 0 -20W oil and they would deduct the 6th quart charge. I went home and drained 6 quarts of oil from the car. Making a mistake is one thing, lying about it another. An extra quart of oil can damage the engine and I don't now know what viscosity of oil they used. More
