What Others Say

I was at kia of newmarket today and I got the best service of my life. Zaeem took care of me from beginning to end and boy, what a gentleman and what a service. Kia, you got a customer for life. Thank you

Lying sales staff, including the manager. I purchased a Mazda CX-9 and the aftermarket “gold” warranty after the manager assured me it can be used at any dealership in Ontario, including Mazda. First visit to Mazda I was informed they never heard of that warranty. The warranty only covers work at three shops is the city of Windsor. They also gave me a discount of $500 on the vehicle when I noticed an imperfection only if I posted a good review before I drove the car off the lot.

Service Manager Shahzad Hussain was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the updates required for my vehicle. Service was completed efficiently and on schedule. I appreciate the care shown by Shahzad for his excellent customer service.

Do not trust a word they say! Purchased a used vehicle from them. Did the paperwork on a Saturday and went to pick up the vehicle the following Friday. On the day of pick up, I was informed there was an active recall on the vehicle. When I asked why this wasn't disclosed before I purchased it and why it didn't show up on the Carfax they had for the vehicle, they said they didn't know about it until they did the safety. They then said they they don't even need to disclose it because it wasn't a big deal and that it wasn't safety related. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Per OMVIC, the dealer must disclose if the vehicle requires repair to any of the following: Engine, transmission, or power train. Subframe or suspension. Computer equipment. Electrical system. Fuel operation system. Air conditioning. I looked up the recall and it was part of the electrical system that had potential to shut off the car unexpectedly. When I asked why this wouldn't be considered safety related, they backtracked and said he meant this has nothing to do with Safety Certifying the vehicle. Overall, super dishonest salesman and sales manager. While I was there, there was another couple asking for their deposit back after they were mislead about their purchase as well.

Terrible Terrible Service, took in my 2023 Kia Sorento the engine light was coming on. Told us the oil was overfilled and take it back to the place where we had the oil change from to drain some oil. Which the oil was NOT overfilled as I had the light on before I did an oil change! They just reset the light. Took it to a reputable Kia dealer and they said it was the catalytic converter that needed replacing...all on warranty! What is wrong with these people!! They were so worried about getting 144.00 for each thing they looked at they never bothered to deal with the actual problem. Stay away from them if you value your vehicle.

I'd leave zero stars but it won't let me. The KIA Newmarket dealership told my 22 year old daughter that the cost to fix her Kia was $3803 + tax and then they went further to say that might not fix the problem, that they may also need to do additional work for $1934 + tax. No guarantee the $3803 + tax would fix the problem. A potential total of $5737 + tax. An honest shop fixed it for $1629.40 + tax using original KIA parts. Criminal is how any reasonable person would see this Dealerships behavior.
