She answered all my questions, was very patient as I asked for several changes to the financing options, and very knowledgeable about the Lexus during the test drive. The Senior Sales Manager, Stephanie came over to introduce herself and offer additional information. Although I haven't purchased the vehicle yet, due to high financing rates, I will consider it in the future, should rates drop.
