I got my 2015 Santa Fe serviced on September 11/24 at Streetsville/Nav Bhattia’s Hyundai (SO #471943) to have the starter, front wheel, and brake and tail lights that were all acting up or malfunctioning looked at. I was taken care of in the service shop by the assistant service manager Chetan Batra and Omar, both of whom were great in person. An Uber was arranged to take me back home which was nice. Total charges for a new battery, ball joint and 2 lights was $830 or so - very, very pricey. I was told the starter was perfectly fine but right after I left to run some errands that late afternoon, the starter was still acting up. I emailed Chetan 4 times that same evening, with each email containing videos I took of the dashboard while the starter malfunctioned. He didn’t respond to any of my emails. On September 13th I got a call from a female named Alia from Streetsville/Nav Bhattia’s Hyundai to see how my recent service experience was, to which I responded that I wasn’t very satisfied, explained the situation to her and requested a manager call me back. She advised me that one would but to date, as of this writing on October 5th, nobody ever bothered to call me. This lack of accountability and behavior is shameful, having been clearly exhibited at different levels of the location or organization. Based on my poor customer experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting their car serviced here… one can only imagine that the sales department may be as poor but who knows really.

Just brought home my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid from Streetsville Hyundai. I had an amazing experience with the General Manager Mubashir Choudhary, & my salesman Ata Akbar,in regards to the whole customer service experience with them.Will highly recommend them,& will be returning for sure!👍

This place has no idea what "Good customer Service is" firstly no one ever answers the phone in service. Dropped our vehicle off before a long weekend was told could only look at it Tue (which was fine) come Tue after calling them was told they would let us know by end of day. Called several times before end of day no response, Wed morning we get a TEXT! saying this is the issue will cost this and do you want us to proceed? xxx? and then once the work was done and paid for it turns out it was a recall and we should never have paid for it but no one bothered to check to see if it was recall! Unless you are desperate I would not recomend this place. we will not be returning that's for certain.

Had a terrible experience buying a trade in vehicle here with HAMZA. They lied about the trim of the vehicle and said the car fax was wrong (really?). Priced according to trim level and upon receiving, the trim was incorrect (2 levels below). Very deceitful and scammy. Other reviews also show Hamza lying about features of vehicles to get a sale. This was the exact same. They will do anything for a sale, even if it’s illegal. Beware.

Steve was a gentleman at this dealership. I took my son's car in for an oil change and it was taken on time and serviced in less than an hour and a half. They were all very polite and professional. Thank you.
