purchased a 2017 ridgeline from this slimy dealership, upon driving it home on the 401 I noticed the windshield was severely pitted (only noticeable in direct sunlight).If i noticed this on my test drive I would not have purchased the vehicle, after I was informed to return to the dealership so they can inspect the issue, "what the xxxx is all over the windshield" is what my salesman said, exactly my point and complaint, was basically told to go suck a lemon and nothing can be done, after arguing for weeks and not being able to return the truck I took on to myself to call HONDA CANADA and file a complaint, only after a formal complaint was lodged and Honda Canada took my side on the matter I was then awarded a new windshield, new windshield gets installed with the cheapest aftermarket xxx possible, the front safety cameras wouldn't fit, so another appointment for another xxx windshield to be installed at my place of work, dealership is an hour from my house, this windshield was ok but not the best and did its job,,, now 4 years later I constantly get robo calls from Daniel Dasilva while at work, I've requested that this stops on 3 different occasions but nope still continues, PLEASE STOP CALLING ME, its annoying and also that robo calls were illegal in Ontario, these blood suckers only care about money, they don't care about the customer getting a quality vehicle or even customer service, the only thing they care about is the mighty dollar and not a single thing about the customer or even basic morals for that matter, NEVER EVER purchase any used cars from these guys cause I can promise you you'll have issues, consider this your warning if your reading this, my lesson in all this--buy local-buy new- don't look for a great "deal" cause there's always a catch, after purchasing a new local vehicle its a nice short trip to the dealer for service, Never Again

We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Midtown the beginning of June 2025, sale went great Sales Rep Ravneet Singh promised us we would have a small dent pulled out and a couple of scratches buffed out before we picked up the van. They were never done, also said we would get a full tank of gas, we had to fight to get it filled up. Now we have had it 3 weeks and it needs an oil change, they didn't even do an oil change before they sold it. This is our 8 Honda vehicle we have owned and were purchased from another dealership, that have been great but Midtown Honda likes to over promise and under deliver. Would not recommend to purchase from them. Send an email to the General Manager Daniel Da Silva and haven't heard back since he said he would investigate, I guess they now have my money no need to follow up.

Now charging a fee to pay with a credit card for regular service which is already expensive.

Fantastic service & my service rep, Mr. Charlie Di Noto was terrific! He was knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything to me. He sent me pictures of the repair areas that my car required, & kept me informed. My car was completed & ready for pickup when he estimated it would be. He even washed my car personally! I was very happy with my service. My car came back to me in wonderful condition.
