Service dep’t has to learn something about customer service. Never going to this dealership again. I’m getting rid of my 1 year old Mercedes and am going g back to Lexus who clearly understand customer service and client retention.

It was amazing experience, Meysam helpd us to finally find our dream car, quite patient, even with a short notice he always tried to squeeze an appointment for us, replied rapidly even when his working time was done, he definitely went extra miles to keep us satisfied, and quite interestingly I could see he enjoyed doing it. He was quite professional and respectful though I am a picky customer, Overall, I have a wonderful experience from this dealership now, and I would not go around to look for car in another dealership in future.

I brought in my car for service and had the issue sorted out. Both Mr Louie (Head Mechanic) and Mr Yashar (Service Manager) treated me with respect and ensured my needs were met. They deserve an endorsement!

This place is brutal. Brought my new car I just bought in for service as it was shaking all over the road when it went over a bump. They returned it to me without any communication saying there was nothing wrong with my brand new vehicle. No further investigations, it was -- you are imagining things sir. Add to this their standard 20-30 minutes to speak to an advisor, I am incredulous that anyone would return to this establishment
