Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. When you spend a lot of money buying a new car peace of mind with your purchase from the dealership is invaluable. When I was experiencing some hiccups with my purchase Chilliwack Ford and team made sure I was taken care of in a timely matter and at no additional expense. Brittany Schulz in Sales has been so incredibly helpful and attentive from day one. She is the best!!! From day one until now she has personally ensured my issues were addressed and rectified immediately. I couldn’t recommend her more, she will take good care of you and advocate on your behalf. Go see her for your car needs. Dave in management personally called me to also promise I would have nothing to worry about and that my car would be dealt with and apologized for the hassle despite it not being their personal problem. They cared, they listened and they took complete care of me long after purchase… I’m so reassured and happy with everything. Andrew in sales also did such a great job helping me and personally following up making sure everything was ok. I highly recommend you buy your car from Chilliwack Ford. Always helpful. Matt was a help in getting the trucks for our fleet and the service has always been there when a recall has to be done (such is life). We bought 2 Mavericks in Jan 2022 and at that time ordered (if we didn't like the first 2, we would have cancelled the order fore the other 2). But the are still averaging 45mpg (5.2L/100) with over 50,000 kim on each truck.

Chilliwack Ford has awful customer service!!! First my husband was scheduled for a recall issue. When he arrived, turns out they didn't have the part that they made the appointment to fix the part of. So they rescheduled to come and pick up the vehicle and bring it to the dealership to fix then return. They called my husband once and figured since he didn't get a hold of them that he would just know that they could no longer pick up his vehicle. I (his wife) works from home and offered to make myself available for them as he is a shift worker. So after they didn't show up, I called and they advised that they just "didn't have that many drivers on Wednesday to Friday" which was one of the dates THEY made the appointment. They came later and picked up the vehicle. Later we received a phone call indicating it may not be ready and they may have to keep it over night. I asked why wasn't this discussed since they know how long it takes and how long they have the vehicle compared to other services. Nothing but awful communication and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Chilliwack Ford Service Department has gone above and beyond every time we've required service on either our 2013 Explorer Ltd or our 2017 F-150 SuperCrew. I can't say enough about how the entire staff have done since COVID sprang on us. Keep up the great work.

The service dept (Brandon) at Chilliwack Ford dealership was excellent, explaining everything. The Shuttle driver gentleman (which I'm sorry i forgot your name) was excellent, very friendly very professional. We have brought our 2018 f150 serveral times and have always got great service. We live in Mission and will always travel to Chilliwack for the great service

For a 10 am service Extremely rude male receptionist. First was on the phone for about 5 minutes. Not knowing when the call will end, I asked if someone could help. After looking at me the receptionist almost wrestled my vehicle key out of my hand, and His attitude was F-off. I will not buy another vehicle from that dealership, service is rude and the vehicle they sold to us was and still a lemon.
