I recently had my 2022 chevrolet equinox in for a oil change as well as a health check ,The service advisor informed me that my wheel lock and the 4 locking bolts needed to be replaced at a cost of $80 I argued and said that the dealership were the only ones to use them and as such should replace them which the quickly denied and as a result the wheel locks and the tool were discarded and replaced with regular bolts of which I was not to be charged for however upon receiving my bill the amount was a little higher than usual even after a $25 rebate coupon for the oil was applied. Upon further review of the bill I happened to notice a misc charge of $35.97 ,when I asked about this the cashier was confused and went and spoke with my service advisor and the service manager. Next thing I know is they're changing my bill but I still noticed a misc charge of $10.69 but went ahead and completed the transaction as I just wanted to get out of there .I really don't like being ripped off by the dealership or the service department, they didn't even tell me what the misc charge was for . I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason.
I've just bought a Chevy Bolt EUV from Zoran Vukov at MacMaster Chevrolet in London and could not be happier with the service. Zoran is very nice, easy to deal with, knowledgeable and highly professional. He answered every question I had and was with me throughout the entire purchase process. I had to travel to that dealership from another city and Zoran organized everything impeccably. I think MacMaster Chevrolet should be very proud to employ people like him. Would be happy to use his service again and highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you!
I just purchased a Cadillac from MacMaster Cadillac in London. Our sales associate was Kevin John. Over the years I have dealt with many sales associates. Only 2 of them would rank at the top of my list, Kevin being one of the two. Thanks Kevin - job well done done!
Purchased a new suv, have had nothing but issues with it, was treated a horribly and left there feeling like I’m stuck in a vehicle that has been in the shop for over 33 days! They wouldn’t talk to myself only my husband, my son was treated rudely while we were looking to try and trade it in. When we got upset about it we were told to pick our suv up today even though it hadn’t been looked at by engineers. I will never step food in McMasters again

We bought a used vehicle last week Will Clark was our sales representative He went out of his way for us Awesome man Thanks. We had a minor issue a week later I talked with John Gower he dealt with the issue with no problems at all Thanks. And everyone we talked to was extremely awesome. I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone there. And when and if I need another vehicle. I will buy it there Thanks Bill Mader
