I had been looking at many other dealerships and Gorruds had the best price for the vehicle I was looking for. It also helped that Reg and Brad were very knowledgeable on this specific vehicles, as most sales associates don't know about all vehicles on their lot. I had made multiple visits to the dealership and they were not in the least bit pushy. Once the deal was made, I spoke with the management team and they offered some extra services but were not pushy about it. I had a couple concerns after I left the lot and Reg took care of it without hesitation. Would definitely go back for my next car. More

He also took the time to show us multiple cars all to our satisfaction. As it turned out, we test drove a 2010 Toyota Corolla and absolutely loved it. Cannot say enough about how terrific an experience it has been to purchase the Corolla from Gorruds. Ziggy was present during the delivery process and covered all the details efficiently. I will have to say dealing with Ziggy for the test drives and Peter and Moiz for financing, the process was as smooth as can be. The vehicle was as clean as a used vehicle can get and I couldn't ask for better. During the first few weeks, I had found an issue with the Sedona. The next day I was asked to bring it in. The following day, presto! All better! I rated PRICE a four star for the simple fact I was unaware of all the add-on items that could be added to the vehicle price. Regardless of that, in the end, I agreed and I have a vehicle I am proud of. Thanks again to the Sales and Service team for this experience! More

At no point in my dealings with Ziggy or Peter did I feel pressured into buying anything. Options and warranties were explained to me and left up to me to decide whether I wanted to take them or not without the "guilt trip" tactics used in previous car purchasing experiences. I definitely recommend Gorruds to anyone looking to buy a car. More
