great attentive service & efficient process This was my first time buying a "new" new car. After casually browsing various makes & models, I was set on the Ford Flex. I started my serious search This was my first time buying a "new" new car. After casually browsing various makes & models, I was set on the Ford Flex. I started my serious search online to find available models in my area. Bozard is the dealership closest to me, but also checked Jax, Orange Park & Daytona dealerships. I provided each with my email & phone number, so they could contact me about what they had in stock. Bozard was the first (& only) Dealership that actually did. Within 20 minutes, I was speaking with Zach & scheduled an appointment to test drive the Flex they had on site. He was sweet & charming: absolutely adorable. His knowledge of the vehicle was thorough. When we left for the test drive, I was pretty sure I'd by the car if the $$$ was right. (I'm a rather definitive & impatient person, but Zach handled me just fine.) We worked out a very fair deal between trade-in, maintenance plan & accessories in less than 30 minutes. Zach drew up the paperwork for the next morning. I was on a tight schedule, but Kevin, the adorable, suave & entertaining financial guy, had me out the door in 30 minutes as well (& in a great mood). I needed to wait a few days for the dealership to finish up some details on my Flex. During that time, if I had questions or concerns, Zach answered or returned my calls promptly. I love my car & my experience was very positive, & in retrospect, this may be because there was no pressure to buy & no up-selling. THANKS GUYS!!! More

The best dealership in Northeast Florida!!! I must say that my experience purchasing a Lincoln MKZ was more then I expected. We were greeted at the entrance with a nice ping pong game going, alo I must say that my experience purchasing a Lincoln MKZ was more then I expected. We were greeted at the entrance with a nice ping pong game going, along with some yummy popcorn and cold bottled waters. We traded in a vehicle and Tom Reinard along with Zach Gibbs, made a dream come true for my family. Tom worked VERY hard on our financing and we were approved through the Ford/Lincoln Finance plan which made the deal more amazing. The interest rate was the best ever and the car is beyond what we imagined. Zach was quick to get our paper work done as well. Financing papers were singed in a timely fashion with Rick Garcia. All these gentlemen were very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle they sold. It's like they cared for my family as if it was their own. We love our new ride and will be back out there to make our 3rd purchase from the Bozard team. If I could rate them, I'd give them a 10+.
