I have been dealing with Fairview Chrysler for over 25 years and have never had a complaint or issue!
Every car I purchased was very reasonably priced and top quality.
The follow up service and service department are exceptional- top notch technicians, knowledgeable and personable staff, quick and reasonable prices. I really appreciate the shuttle service.
Overall, this is a very reputable and quality dealership with good employees. A lot of the staff have been there for decades, which says a lot about the culture and work environment.

I have never written a review before. I just bought a used 2015 Dodge Ram. Customer service was bar none the best I have ever had. I don't trust dealers and despise stereotypical car salespeople. Sheldon was great and answered all questions just right. Not pushy at all. Rachel helped with Financing and did not try and "upsell" me anything. I had to interact with Willie for the safety and customer service was great.

Every time we go to Fairview we are treated the respect and kindness from all the Staff, from Ray, John and Lou in the front office to Willie and Brian and the gang in the back. They are all very knowledgeable and approachable on all things automotive, and if they don't know an answer, they will find it for you. They are truly the heart and soul of this business and the main reason we have returned to buy our 6th car from this dealership. Absolutely disgraceful place. I had booked an appt on Saturday morning with not just a service tech but the service MANAGER Willie and income in to find that my appointment was never booked and they were too busy to take me in for the recalls on my truck. Never going there again.
Willie should not be a manager if he doesn't know how to take care of his customers.
