A few months ago our 2005 Yukon Denali was Stolen. We've always loved the GM brand but wanted to step up to a Cadillac and decided on an Escalade. We viewed one online that was at the Finch Dealer in London and sent an email. Craig Stott answered our inquiry with high professionalism and invited us to come take a look. Upon meeting Craig he was very personable with us and made us feel confortable right from the get go, not rushing anything and really allowed us to take our time. This was great because purchasing a vehicle can be frustrating and stressfull at times but not with Craig. He really exceeded our expectations. The Escalade was in amazing condition except a few minor paint blemishes on the hood and front fenders. I really wanted this taken care of. This is when I met their used sales manager, Vince. He was very freindly and understanding of my concerns with the paint. Vince and I came to an agreement on the paint issues being taken care of and I walked away feeling pretty good. A few days later Craig called me to inform that the paint shop was concerned about the paint not blending and fading in properly so they painted the entire front end, FREE of charge!!! I was blown away!!! They really stepped up!!. What dealer does that?? The whole experience was fantastic and even the General Manager, Jordin Finch, had a hand in the deal. I was impressed on the fact that no matter what concern I had they were all open and willing to help solve them. A few days after I left the dealership with the escalade I ran into a few minor issues. These were promptly taken care of by the Finch team. I would definitely recommend anyone to check out Craig Stott and the Finch team on Wonderland in London, Ontario. I'll be back for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks again guys!

Jean and I found Vince and Craig to be both, very professional but also personal and friendly in our dealings with them.They didn't waste time trying to sell us something we did not want, but respected our wishes from the start.Vince went on the computer, found the car Jean wanted and got to the business of making a deal that was suitable for both Finch and Jean. The result was a deal that made Jean happy without a Marathon sales pitch. Another employee was asked to fetch a car for Jean to drive, and was also very polite and helpful in explaining the different options the car offered. We were greeted with a smile and hello by all personnel at Finches who looked very nice in their Black and white Finch shirts. The day of purchase, Craig spent much time explaining the operation of the car and all the options. I have been dealing with Vince since 1991 and Craig for my last two cars. All I can say is excellent treatment and service!
