Turns out that particular 7 series had issues, and I was facing a big issue to trade it in. Debra was very up front and transparent about what I was facing. Vince and Tom listened to my story, and turned a potentially rotten situation into a very good situation. I now have a brand new 5 series, which is my 7/5% solution. Noha took it from there and closed the deal quickly and efficiently. I am now a happy camper. More

Low key, no pressure sales approach. My initial inquiry was via their online contact email system and Cindy Amin responded very quickly. She then followed up with a phone call and we set up a time to meet. Upon arriving at the dealership Vince Dillon the Sales Manager greeted my wife and I at the door. He then walked us over to meet Cindy who then handed us off to Bryan Clark a Sales Client advisor. Bryan took us for a test drive of the X5 I had inquired about, upon returning to the dealership presented their offer which was better than I had expected and after very little negotiation on our trade in we closed the deal. Then dealt with Noha Amin in their finance department to complete all the paperwork we drove home in a new X5. Sounds like a lot of people involved time, but it was all seamless and pleasant. More
