Vince started his automotive career with the Brisby Family when they were co-owners of Flemington Car & Truck Country beginning in 1996. He worked his way up from client advisor to managment, having worked for the company's Cadillac and Chrysler dealerships before joining Byron Brisby Jr in Flemington BMW in 2011. Among other positions, he has been a Mazda salesman, a used car manager for Cadillac and finance manager for Chrysler. Originally from Morris County, New Jersey, Vince now calls Forks Township, Pennsylvania home. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and dog Gravy.

I very rarely provide reviews, however when I am pleasantly surprised by a product or service, I do feel motivated to share my experience with others. I had not purchased a new vehicle from a dealer pleasantly surprised by a product or service, I do feel motivated to share my experience with others. I had not purchased a new vehicle from a dealership in more than 15 years. I was excited about purchasing a new vehicle but was not looking forward to any games. I watched many videos on how not to get scammed at a dealership. I took notes and knew what questions would be asked of me and was prepared to keep my cards close to me! I prepared for weeks before even walking into a dealership. I was in the market for an SUV and my research led me to the X5. Unfortunately due to Covid, shortages on parts and ultimately vehicles in both the new and used markets made it quite challenging to get exactly I was looking for. I decided to build a new X5 due to shortages and since my timeframe was flexible. I reached out to Anatoliy based on other positive dealer rater reviews and we scheduled a time to meet. I explained that I had never ordered a vehicle previously and Anatoliy was extremely patient and walked through the entire process. I had numerous questions written down as well as reminders for me look out for to protect myself to get the best possible price! Anatoliy answered all of my questions and to my surprise there were no 'gotchyas'. The whole process was very straight forward as Anatoliy said it would be. Looking back admittedly I realize I did make the process more difficult than it needed to be. It is understandable due to my untrusting nature and since I hadn't purchased a new vehicle from a dealership in 15 years, I was rusty! After building the vehicle on the website and putting a deposit down, Anatoliy introduced me to Noha Amin in finance who assisted me to complete a credit application. Rates at the time were pretty good but a fed rate increase was on the horizon in the new year. Anatoliy said that my vehicle should be ready in mid February and recommended that I create a MyBMW login so that I could monitor the build progress, which I did. That was definitely fun to watch but it did go by fast. I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly (38 days - including weekends - from order submission), but on February 7th Anatoliy called me to let me know that my vehicle had arrived! We scheduled a date for me to come in to complete the financing process and pickup my new X5. Despite shopping bank rates, I had locked in a very competitive rate from BMW Financial so I stuck with that. Noha in finance explained all the different protection options that were available to me. She was very open to understanding my specific situation such as how I would be using the vehicle and what protection plans would make sense as well as what ones wouldn't. Prior to entering finance that day, I already had a very good idea what level of protection I was interested in and what I was not at all interested in. Again, no games were being played here. Noha was very straight and to the point. She answered all my questions and for plans which didn't make sense for me, we didn't even talk about those. She was great! I was dreading going into the finance office because I was expecting some hidden fees to start popping up but that never happened. So it turned out all my hours of research and note taking on how not to get scammed was pretty much a waste of time. It certainly was educational as far as the tactics that some dealerships use to get the best deal for the dealership (not the buyer) but I didn't experience those tactics being used on me at Flemington BMW. All my worrying and hesitation could have been avoided. I will say though, some of the general vehicle buying recommendations in the videos I watched were helpful. For example, don't show up at a dealership 15 minutes before closing. Don't bring your kids to the dealership if they are young as it can take time and they just won't have the patience for it and they will become a distraction. DO seek out your sales associate and DO schedule an appointment with him or her prior to arriving at the dealership. My favorite - don't show up at a dealership hungry! I think these were all helpful tips and I followed them. At the end of the day I feel confident that I was able to secure a fair deal and I won't be looking back on this large purchase with any regrets or questions. Both Anatoliy and Noha made this car buying experience smooth and pain free. Instead of dreading my next vehicle purchase (which will be for my wife), I am actually looking forward to it and already started my search! More

A First Class Purchase! This was my second purchase from Flemington BMW, and given the COVID-19 pandemic as well as supply chain shortages, it came at a challenging time. Vince worked with me across multiple visits to identify an available vehicle to meet my family's needs at a fair price. Barry worked through the details with me, showing commendable patience, professionalism and (dare I say it) compassion. Noha was an outright pleasure, showing clear mastery of the myriad financial details and expertly walking me through it all while somehow remaining human and turning the time into an enjoyable experience! Speaking as one who has walked out of a dealership in the recent past when they did not treat my family well, the people who helped me at Flemington BMW, as well as the overall franchise, took great care to treat us well, and to appreciate that a vehicle purchase for most families is a significant event that brings with it a number of thoughts and concerns. I've learned over the years that the vehicle itself is only the beginning of a successful experience... the human side is easily the more important, and the more lasting of the two. Horrible experience. Brand new BMW x7 paid for 85k is in the workshop just after 6 weeks. Over 5 days and still not clear what the problem is. Google says several people having the same issue. Absolutely pathetic. I was told Byron shall call after his day off (while I was towing my car on my day off) but he never did. So much role modeling for customer focus. We had to change all our Thanksgiving plans as the loaner given is a small car and we cannot drive as a family as planned for Thanksgiving. Horrible More
