A very positive visit to Erinwood picking up a new vehicle I was recommended to this dealership and initially spoke with Dave Raymond, President, who gave the best advice then introduced me to the Sales Manage I was recommended to this dealership and initially spoke with Dave Raymond, President, who gave the best advice then introduced me to the Sales Manager Victor Nascimento who assisted greatly with all the required documentation (was dealing out of Province). He answered every question and made sure that everything was in order before pick up date. Upon arrival Victor Chacon was there for me, completing the final paperwork, licensing and walking me through each feature of the vehicle. He was patient, knowledgeable and such a total pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend this dealership and Victor. I put hours into my homework before selecting Erinwood Ford and I'm convinced I got just that. Dave, Mary, and Victor also made some accommodations to timelines due to the fact I was replacing a vehicle written off in an accident despite it being a busy holiday schedule for them that really put the icing on the cake. All the staff is very friendly and professional, and showed me the best experience overall. I find it hard to believe I could get a better deal anywhere else. I've been looking to buy a new f150 at the end of the year inventory for a few years with no luck. I visited Erinwood ford and spoke to Robert Ahamad and told him what I was looking for(very specific an year inventory for a few years with no luck. Even though they had ones on the lot, he located one as though I had ordered it. Perfect. Robert helped with extra accessories and voila, my new F150. He gave me the best incentives and financing options available. Robert still phones to see if I have any questions. AMAZING. Carol in financing was great and explained everything I needed to know. A shout out to the mechanic, Shaun Holter who took time to talk and give me pointers on all the new gadgets since he owns a f150 as well. Kudos to the team at Erinwood ford.
