Even called when it was ready) He made himself available for when i wanted to meet and very flexible on having the car ready for the delivery date i wanted. Awesome experience working with Robyn in Finance too!! She was so helpful!! and really took the time i needed to have everything explained and gave us more than enough options to make a educated decision about what would work best for myself!! :) Thanks Robyn! My first experience and vehicle were amazing and the purchase was seamless to say the least. I live in London Ontario so it is a two hour trek for me to get to Erinwood Ford. I was so happy with my first experience I thought it was only fitting that I should return for my second purchase. Victor took the time to give me great feed back on the deal and treated me fairly throughout. He is an honest man with a true Moral Compass. He made sure to cater to our every need from the time we walked in the door to when we rolled out in our new Hot Hatch. There was a slight issue with the car on delivery however it was promptly and professionally dealt with.
