No high pressure sales tactics, no exorbitant 'market adjustment" fees, no games at all. First time I've ever bought a new vehicle in New York and not had some sort of buyer remorse. 5 stars, I never wan adjustment" fees, no games at all. Sarant Cadillac stood by their word. I ordered a 2022 Escalade in January vehicle was delivered end of August and I paid MSRP for it, that was the deal. In this current car market it is I ordered a 2022 Escalade in January vehicle was delivered end of August and I paid MSRP for it, that was the deal. In this current car market it is not an easy feat. During the process we had a hard time getting updates on when the vehicle would be ready and returned phone calls but once the car was in roue they paid a little more attention. Felt as though we were getting blown off a little. I understand the nostalgia behind the décor of the dealership but it needs to be brought into this century with a construction renovation. Didn't utilize the service department as I live in CT and the dealership is in Long Island. Vic in Finance department is an All-Star. Dominic who was our sales man felt as though were we bothering him with a monthly or by monthly call leading up to the delivery ended up being fine in the end at delivery. Still waiting for registration plates though. Hopefully those come soon. Id give 4.5 stars if I could. More
