Sarant Cadillac really provides the full luxury car experience. Surprisingly their stock was plentiful. Compared to other dealers I had been to. Dina Campanaro spent so much time showing me different experience. Surprisingly their stock was plentiful. Compared to other dealers I had been to. Dina Campanaro spent so much time showing me different models and what was best for me. I ended up with a CT5V Black on black with red details. The car is a head turner. Dina is incredible!!!! Dina is an excellent salesperson, didn’t use any of the regular Dealer BS or games. Got straight to business and got me a good price on my car considering the times. I researched on-line the 2023 Cadillac XT4 and XT5. I compared features, performance and most of all value.All promotions pointed to Sarant. I found the exact car I wanted to purchase. The next step wa I compared features, performance and most of all value.All promotions pointed to Sarant. I found the exact car I wanted to purchase. The next step was to visit the dealership. I was greeted by sales professional,Dominic VIvo. In a calm professional manner he helped me navigate the purchase of my 2023 XT5. The financial aspect of my purchase was discussed with Vic. I appreciated his no pressure approach to additional options offered by Cadillac. After all the paperwork was completed and keys given to me,Dominic once again introduced an in-depth description of all the features of the car. I felt confident in leaving the dealership with my XT5. I visited the showroom 4 times within a week to submit and complete the necessary paperwork. I found the staff was courteous and helpful. I felt a team spirit and Sarant’s goal was to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Dominic, Thank You for your time and patience. You are an asset to Sarant Cadillac. The best experience I have ever in Sarant Cadillac. I’m very close to King o rouke in smithtown but I was never happy with them. So it’s worth to go to Sarant to be satisfied. My husband and I had a very positive experience with both the dealership and our salesman, Alexander Bowen. Alexander was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased t the dealership and our salesman, Alexander Bowen. Alexander was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased the 2023 XT5. He spent a lot of time with us setting up the car( to personalize it( settings etc.) and was very patient with us and all our questions. He did not rush us.
