Peter walked me through the process, showed me all the models, and made some excellent suggestions. My exit meeting with Alan was terrific; he explained all the programs and made sure I understood what my car had to offer. He made sure I was comfortable with my car…and also gave me his contact information so I could call him at anytime. The finance piece was explained very well and I feel confident with my purchase. Alan introduced me to the service manager who told me he was available to help at anytime. I sought a 2025.5 Volvo XC90 Ultra B6 and contacted over 10 dealerships, but they all dismissed my price as unrealistic. I found Smythe Volv ... I sought a 2025.5 Volvo XC90 Ultra B6 and contacted over 10 dealerships, but they all dismissed my price as unrealistic. I found Smythe Volvo on Google and called Steven. Within 30 minutes, we made a deal for the same price that the other dealerships essentially laughed at. The process was easy, quick, and straightforward. I appreciate Steven and Jay’s help in making the car purchase enjoyable. Jay patiently reviewed the car with me, answering all my questions and neither of them hesitated to go above and beyond.
