Had oil change, filter didn't seal, oil all over driveway, they fixed the leak and clean the oil off my driveway. They also gave me a vehicle to use when fixing the faulty filter, as I was in a hurr driveway, they fixed the leak and clean the oil off my driveway. They went beyond to service the problem. I have dealt with Crestview for several years and always had good service from their friendly staff. More

Great service. I spoke to Ryan about a problem with my navigational system that seemed to have started when I purchased a new Ram. I love when you can walk into a Service Department and be greeted by multiple people BY NAME and have everyone talk to you like you are an old friend. I hadn't even been in the place for a year. The estab greeted by multiple people BY NAME and have everyone talk to you like you are an old friend. I hadn't even been in the place for a year. The establishment obviously treats their staff well for these folks have been around for a long time and they pass that same caring on to their clients. In a world where no-one stays in their job long enough to get really good at it, Crestview is a welcome throwback. Keep getting better, folks! More
