One especially memorable touch—he had the truck posed out front with a giant red bow, which made the moment even more special for my wife and me. While the finance process was a bit slow—and there was a hiccup with our loan being placed in the dealership’s safe before we had the chance to sign it, requiring some back-and-forth mailing—Tristan’s professionalism and attention to detail helped smooth things over.
