Audi A-7 with only 1 key presented AFTER the sale! 2015 Audi A-7 Tdi, At this level, one does usually not have to ask if 2 keys are included from a higher-end dealership, esp. a push button start vehic 2015 Audi A-7 Tdi, At this level, one does usually not have to ask if 2 keys are included from a higher-end dealership, esp. a push button start vehicle. Then 200 miles later the "low-oil" message came up on the display. Luckily I had the correct VW/Audi.507 Tdi oil for this vehicle. Have been waiting for the vehicle registration to show up, so finally called florida DMV and they told me its in Palm Beach County! How it got there only this dealership knows. now we're out on the road with expired temp. plates! Nice........ Salesman Ed was great! and like us, he didn't know about missing key until after the sale either. This was a vehicle prep. & service dept. failure issue. More

Maintenance service was smooth and easy I took my car in to get its annual car maintenance. Kyle was super helpful (and patient while I called my husband to consult on a few options) and whe I took my car in to get its annual car maintenance. Kyle was super helpful (and patient while I called my husband to consult on a few options) and when Kyle wasn't able to answer a question I had about my service plan, he was able to get Mr. Tony Jackson in admin to look up my info in their system. The timeline to get my car serviced was estimated pretty spot on which I appreciated as I had another appointment to get to fairly soon afterwards. More
