Kept trying to convince me to try the forte SX they had on the lot but i was not interested in that car at the time...eventually i gave in and took the forte for a drive...and a few days later (on my birthday) i picked up the car. Have to say Jay was right - i love the car and am very happy with the decision. 5 weeks later he met up with my husband and they settled a deal for a gmc truck...so in a matter of 5 weeks we bought 2 cars from Jay - that says a lot!! We have been to this dealer before and the sales service, as usual, was exemplary. Our interest was in the 'possibility' of 'upgrading' from our current Kia. Over the course of two weeks, Ken worked very har as usual, was exemplary. Our interest was in the 'possibility' of 'upgrading' from our current Kia. Over the course of two weeks, Ken worked very hard for us and everything he did was genuinely in our best interests. He answered every question we had and problem solved for the challenges we put before him. He was efficient and invested in helping us and even went out of his way to keep contact and research for us on his days off. Tony G. has always taken care of us and understands us as a client and was involved along the way to offer his help. We took all of the information we had been provided and made our decision after evaluating our situation. At the end of the day we decided not to pursue things further. However, when we are ready, we will definitely be going back to this team. Their willingness to work for us, put our best interests first, and help us make our decision (even though it wasn't a sale) is what good client service is all about. We never felt pressured or forced to rush into anything. On the contrary, Ken (and Tony)were pivotal in ensuring that whatever we decided would have to work for us. It is for these reasons that I will continue to take my business to Georgetown Kia in the future. We have trust in this group and they will continue to be our first choice. We would not hesitate to recommend G'town Kia to the people we know. Thanks Gentlemen..we will see you again! More
