He told me about the pull ahead program and explained it in full detail. I decided to go for the offer and then we proceeded to find the car that I wanted. Tom delivers excellent service. He is patient, understanding, not pushy, and explains everything in great detail. When I get up from his desk-- I know exactly what the sale was and NO Buyers Remorse. Upon delivery, he sat with me and we went over the car features. Again a wonderful experience. I would recommed Tom Terrill to anyone purchasing a BMW. I feel good about the sale.
