Tom went out of his way to describe the car over the phone in perfect detail, putting himself in my shoes, as a discerning buyer with a critical eye. His observations were brutally honest, which put most of my fears at bay. When I finally saw the car, it was exactly as Tom had described. Tom came up with several options for me and was very transparent about the pros and cons. Tom was very detailed and great to work with. Vince helped sealed the deal. On the day I picked up my BMW 328I wagon, Tom took me through every nook and cranny of the vehicle and made himself very available. I can say that all in all my working with Flemington BMW was a great experience especially as I was considering the potential of moving to an Audi. I can say for certain that the BMW drive experience and maintenance options was far superior to Audi hands down. The main reason I bought my 2016 BMW X5 from Flemington BMW is my client advisor, Tom Terrill. He provided me with the best sales experience I have ever had. Tom didn't try to sell me a 2015 model that didn't have all of the options I wanted, as other dealers had tried to do. He offered to preorder a 2016 X5 exactly the way I wanted it. Other dealerships told me they couldn't order a 2016 X5 until October, Tom ordered mine on August 1st, 2015, it arrived about 3 weeks later. Tom spent many hours on 3 visits with me and my wife to test drive the X5 and teach us all of the car's many features. Tom Terrill is knowledgeable, the ultimate professional, and an extremely nice person. In addition, Jan Michael Blakely made the paperwork and payment a breeze when we took delivery. We love our new X5 after having it for only 1 week. I can't wait to buy my next BMW from Tom. More
