Mike Riccardi is an exceptional professional and, regardless of the level activity at the dealership, somehow manages to 'direct traffic' in a friendly, efficient manner. He routinely bends over backwards for our scheduling and service while anticipating anything which might make our time easier. Our Sales Professional, Tom Terrill, is truly a cut above. As much of our 'selection process' is done long distance i.e., without a dealership visit, Tom's workload and effort are increased significantly.
