Absolutely top of the line experience!! I am currently in the US Army serving in South Korea when I decided to look for a new car from another dealership. I called Flemington BMW to do some extra research and avoid a scam. I spoke with Tom Terrill which was of great help. He was very kind, respectful and willing to help me although I was looking at a BMW of another dealership. Later I researched Flemington BMW, because of Tom's excellent customer service, and saw a much better deal on the same car. I encounter issues with organizations that don't understand the regulations that are involved with the military but the staff at Flemington was more than willing to find a way to help me and guided me through every step. I just purchased a 2016 X3 which is my 5th vehicle purchase and 2nd BMW. I have to admit this experience by far surpassed any experience I've had before to include my experience with BMW of Mt. Laurel. I would recommend any of my friends and family to purchase through Flemington BMW and Tom Terrill. More

Great customer service, definitely would come back When looking to order a new 2016 M2, I called and worked with a few different dealerships. However, Tom Terrill's excellent professionalism really put When looking to order a new 2016 M2, I called and worked with a few different dealerships. However, Tom Terrill's excellent professionalism really put Flemington BMW above their competition. Even though other dealerships were much closer to me, I chose Flemington BMW because of my initial conversations with Tom. I came in on a Saturday to test drive an M235i (closest thing to an M2 at the time) and my dream car, the F82 M4. When we went on the test drives, he explained the vehicle features while his personal opinions on them (which I greatly appreciated) and took the time to know me on a personal level rather than just another customer. After that drive, I followed my heart and went with the M4 - then being handed off to Rebecca Kosar (whom is a LOVELY and VERY accommodating finance manager) to handle the loan. Becky explained all the warranties/service add-ons and I did not feel any heavy pressure to buy, unlike more common F&I managers at other dealerships. Overall, I'm glad I came to Flemington BMW and will definitely return for my next BMW purchase! More

He reduced all of the friction oftentimes associated with buying a car! His correspondences we detailed and contained all of the information that I needed, set clear expectations about how the transaction would work and followed up post-sale to ensure everything was ok.
