The whole family enjoyed it. The best part was there was absolutely no selling. Just honest answers and good education. They were very thorough and clear when explaining my options and were also very quick in response regarding my questions and concerns, not to mention that they both made me very comfortable talking to them. With all that I was able to have all the paper work done and drive my new beamer home within a week and Tom provided me a to-do list (I am a PA resident) which makes things much easier. I would highly recommend Flemington BMW and definitely a FIVE STAR to Tom. More

This was a pleasant and positive experience from my initial online inquiry, to getting a prompt reply that I would hear from Sales, to requesting Tom This was a pleasant and positive experience from my initial online inquiry, to getting a prompt reply that I would hear from Sales, to requesting Tom Terrill (with whom I dealt a few years ago, though I ended up leasing elsewhere because the car I wanted was not in stock), to sitting with Tom and explaining what I was looking for, to his immediate follow-up with the requested information and sealing the deal, and--finally--the personal and personable interaction with Jan Michael Blakley for the financing. I never felt rushed, or pressured, or neglected in any way. To the contrary, everyone involved could not have been more helpful. Finally, Tom dispels the negative stereotype that auto salespeople often have: it was a pleasure dealing with such a helpful, candid individual, who clearly was looking out for my best interests, even when it was not necessarily to his financial advantage. I knew that I could rely on his judgment and expertise, and he did not let me down. That's the type of service that instills loyalty among customers, but is seen too rarely. After mustering up the courage to walk into a car dealership for the first time by myself, I was extremely nervous that I would not be taken seriously After mustering up the courage to walk into a car dealership for the first time by myself, I was extremely nervous that I would not be taken seriously or given a good deal since I am a young woman. From the moment I contacted Flemington BMW, Ralph, the internet specialist, was extremely patient and friendly while giving me information about the car that I was interested in. He then put me in touch with Tom to come take a look at the car of interest. Tom was immensely kind to me! He explained everything from the details of the car, the features and specs, all the way down to prices. He even went as far as telling me he'd be willing to take some time to get me a loaner vehicle that had the exact features I wanted so that I could get the car at the price point I wanted. He clearly wanted me to be very satisfied with my first BMW purchase. Even though my first visit to the dealership was mostly informational and I did not leave with a car, I left feeling like I was in good hands and that I would soon get the car I loved. Fast forward 3 weeks, Tom answered all of my questions via email and phone, and he was so knowledgeable I knew I was making the right choice by purchasing a car with him. I now have the most beautiful BMW and I am so happy about my purchase and it was a very seamless process with no hiccups. Thanks a ton, Tom! More
