It was an absolutely wonderful experience and above our expectations because of Ed, the sales manager, and Tom Terril, our client advisor. Tom made the entire purchase from beginning to end as seamless as possible. He took the time to make sure that I had options to pick from and that I was fully educated before I made my decision. He was pleasant to deal with and very patient. He frequently kept me updated on the status of my car delivery schedule and made my purchase stress free! Tom turned out to be the best sales adviser we have ever met. His knowledge about the vehicles is outstanding and his sales approach is very honest and respectful. When I came to pick up the car, Tom did an excellent job of going over all the tech features and details. After having gone through many dealership interactions during my search for a BMW X3, Tom’s approach made me rethink my view of what I thought large dealerships cared about. If you are considering a BMW I would highly recommend Tom and Flemington BMW. And it’s not just Tom that is great at this dealership, everyone who works there has great teamwork and made me feel taken care of. We left the dealership feeling very confident and pleased of Tom's expertise. No pressure, no rush and like I said, just an overall good experience. He took the time to go over the all of my options in purchasing my 2019 X3, including any promotions that would give me the best deal. He kept me updated with detailed emails & phone calls on the status of my order and promptly answered my numerous questions. All the paperwork and delivery went smoothly on the day I picked up the vehicle, he even came in on his vacation day to make the delivery. Tom spent time to explain the features since I was trading in a different make of SUV. When we are ready to get my wife a new 330 we will be back. Thank you Tom and Flemington BMW. More

He was very knowledgeable, committed, responsive, patient, and courteous (unlike the typical stereotype of a car dealer). Tom took the time to discuss all of my options in purchasing my new X1, including any promotions that would give me the best package. I got a great deal without much haggling (indeed, best deal in my area) and I signed on within a few days. Typically an ordered new car should arrive in 4-6 weeks. During this time, Tom kept me updated with detailed emails & phone calls of my X1 status and promptly answered my numerous questions. Due to extended holiday in Germany, the car was delayed by another month. Tom was determined to deliver the car to me without much delay and he worked hard to locate another X1 in the country with exactly the same car packages (I wouldn't settle for any other car packages - esp with sports seat and park control). Because I already returned my previous car, BMW Flemington sent a car service to pick me up from home on the day of my X1 pickup (45 mi). All paperwork and transactions went smoothly upon arrival. Before driving off, Tom spent some time to explain the new car features (my previous dealers did not do this). What else can I say except that I am impressed with the outstanding client service. Thank you Tom and Flemington BMW for the upfront/honest interactions and accommodations. It was a pleasure to work with you! More
