I had the honor and privilege to have had Tom Terrill as the person who assisted me with the purchase. Tom provided the highest quality of customer service I have ever experienced. My situation was unique. I needed to get a car quickly because I sold my current car and was supposed to have gotten a new car, which I purchased from another car dealership in NY. Although I was promised the car in 2 weeks of purchase, I waited 2 months as they stated the car was being factory ordered. The day I found out that the dealership in NY never ordered my car, I went on a massive search online for a car. I found the BMW I'm currently driving now online, called and spoke to Tom and explained my situation and what I was looking for, Tom was more than happy to assist. I'm a perfectionist so I asked Tom to ensure the car had no dings, dents, scratches, etc because it was a 2019 certified pre-owned vehicle. I also needed Tom to inspect the car because I was a few hours away. Tom not only did a thorough job of inspecting the car for me, he made sure I received a good price with all applicable rebates. He also picked me up from the bus station and drove me to the dealership. Tom genuinely had my best interest at heart. There should be a lot more people like Tom in this world.
