Noha was transparent about the dealer's business practices which made the contracting process painless. The first time I actually met Tom in person was when he delivered the new car to my home in NY. He took his time explaining iDrive 7.0 to my wife and I which included personalizing the car and subsequent settings. All this before he turned around with the trade in vehicle and headed back to NJ!
