Like so many others who have written reviews of Tom, this is a five-star review. Its not a 'do me a favor' five-star review. Its worth noting that this was the first car I bought from Tom, so the service he provides to his longstanding clients is the same I received when I called him. I was trading in a car for my new BMW, so there were several parts to the purchase. I first called Tom out of the blue to ask about inventory. He returned my call promptly. We discussed his inventory and my trade, which was not the easiest trade to value. He called back in short order with the specifics for the purchase and the trade. More importantly, he was clear and articulate in detailing the purchase and trade. From that point it was easy to make the deal because he had dotted every 'i' and crossed every 't'. Prior to delivery I asked Tom to minimize my time at the dealership just because I wanted to keep as much distance as possible with our pandemic situation. After arriving at the dealership, the sales process was as efficient as possible; from checking out my new car, to checking in the trade, to processing the paperwork. After Tom took care of some preliminary paperwork, Cathy Ferry handled the financial documents that had to be signed. She was also well-organized and did her work as quickly as possible while making sure I understood all of the forms. She was meticulous about keeping her office clean/sanitized which made me confident that Flemington BMW is making sure that customers are as safe as possible in their facility. After we finished the financial paperwork, Tom was ready to finish the delivery. There was no waiting in between. That is respecting your customer's wishes. Tom and Cathy made the car buying experience enjoyable and stress free. More

My lease was ending on my Infinity Q50 which I had leased from Flemington Infinity. As a Flemington dealership loyal customer we decided to get our first BMW. Cindy the internet associate quickly responded and set up an appointment to see the car with Tom & Vince who were great to work with and got us into the vehicle at the cost we were looking to spend. The next day may car was ready and Noha in the finance department was a pleasure to work with along with JR who reviewed the features of vehicle with us.
