I was with another BMW dealership for the past 20+ years. My Client Advisor left and moved to another state. I was referred to Tom Terrill by a friend and also a client of Tom's. Tom gave me options and I was well informed as to what was available to me for what type of cars I wanted. He worked with Cathy Ferry, Finance Manager and got me a very reasonable lease payment. With a lot of the background stuff done ahead of time at Tom's suggestion, on the day of pick up, Tom showed me the new options in the car and how to work them, sign a few papers, met with Cathy and I was on my way with my new 2025 M440i xDrive GC!! The order was submitted and Tom kept us informed about the status build and delivery. Finally the car arrived!!
