We have been buying cars in the Jacksonville area for 50 years now and we just had the best car buying experience in our lifetime. We visited the dealership a few weeks ago to purchase a Bronco Sport that h years now and we just had the best car buying experience in our lifetime. We visited the dealership a few weeks ago to purchase a Bronco Sport that had just arrived, Brian Mello our salesman checked on the car’s status to confirm it’s availability. It appeared to have been ordered, but the other customer decided on another color, so we proceeded with the purchase. Ten minutes into the process, Tom Reinhard, a manager had a brief conversation with Brian and together they explained a bad news - good news situation. The car was promised to another customer however a First Edition Bronco Sport was coming in a few weeks and the dealership would give us the exact deal on it, equating to a $4k discount. I was blown away by thintegrity of the dealership in making this offer! These cars are selling like hot cakes with only very small discounts, so we jumped on the deal! Brian was outstanding to deal with during the sales process and kept us informed while waiting on our order. Rick Garcia, the finance manager got us out of there in no time, and my wife is thrilled with her new Bronco Sport! More
