We had a budget to stick with and had been getting the run around at several other dealerships. We met Jena Thomas, friendly, knowledgeable and honest with all of our questions. We then decided to look into buying the truck, our finance specialist James Oldham, was courteous and professional. He consulted with Gary and Jena to find us a much newer, nicer truck with lower mileage and still be in our budget! We test drive the truck and we’re thrilled at how much more truck they helped us get for our buck! I’ve never considered truck shopping pleasant, but they certainly made it that way for us! Even making sure to send the truck home detailed right before they were due to close! I will be shopping for my next truck ( all mine not hubby’s!) at Bozard Ford! I can’t wait! More

From the first Contact they had with me Drew a couple days after the purchase, their professionalism and customer service skills we're beyond anything I've ever dealt with it any dealership. Not only were they out front and honest, we negotiated a fair price on the truck. I could not pick it up until after work on the following day and Tischler stuck around just to meet with me. They showed me the truck before I went in with Blake Teears for my financing. He had everything ready for me and walked me through it piece by piece explaining everything. Afterwards John took the time to go through the truck with me, set it up and show me all of the options and features. This was my first ever brand new vehicle purchase. I can't think of a better team to have worked with to make it a very pleasant and memorable experience. While the dealership is about an hour and a half from my home, when I'm ready for a new car I will definitely be going back. Coming from a single female making a first-time purchase these guys were very honorable, honest and just great all around people. I would highly recommend this team and this dealership to anyone. More

However it was labor day and we thought why not try to see if Bozard's would be open and just double check we would be getting the best deal. I can tell you I called with little hope they could beat the price I was giving and have the very color and model I wanted. Again we did not have to have a car so I could be picky! I knew I would not settle at all. When I called I spoke with this is what I want do you have it, if not not a big deal. I can tell you from the time Tischler Nelson answered my call at around 10 am he was on point to the point and was searching for the car I would want. He understood I was not settling and we did not want to go back and forth with deals. He called text and emailed me information that had us a car and him a buyer no later than 2 p.m. the very same day. He was super nice and new the car. He did not try to sell us something we didn't want and made every step extremely simple and easy to becoming a new car owner.
