"Went the extra mile"
This dealership was hopping when I dropped in after work last week, but despite being overwhelmed with customers, the friendly and dynamic staff went out of their way to make sure I didn't fall through the cracks. Sales manager Ken Iselmore selected a PERFECT car to test drive that met all my needs and was right in my price range. Staff photographer Tariq Bur dropped everything to set me up for a test drive, and took the time to give me a great orientation on its features. Finance manager Dan Boyd sailed me through the paperwork with ease and good humor. I couldn't be happier with my new car or with my experience dealing with Car-On. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
"Fast and efficient service"
Mario went over the car thourgholy with us. Unfortunately the fact the coolant reservoir was empty was not discovered and cost us $80.00 on coolant between the dealership and home. However we did know we were buying the vehicle as is, just lucky the engine didn't blow. Lol.
Dan was very helpful with finishing the purchase and dealing with the insurance company to get the insurance transferred from our current vehicle.
"I love these guys"
My husband and I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Caron Auto about 3 years ago. We dealt with Ty and Richard and they were just fantastic, answering all of our questions patiently and honestly - explaining what services they thought we needed and didn't need. Every time I bring the car in for service, both Ty and Richard remember me and ask how we are doing and how the car is running. Alex at the service center also makes sure that we get the best service and always with a smile. And Denis makes sure that I get to work safely after I have dropped the car off. The customer service at Caron is above par. I am really impressed and will certainly buy my next vehicle from them!
"Why buy brand new?"

4 years ago, I went looking for a new vehicle. I wanted an suv with 3rd row of seating (for 7) and with a towing capability for a tent trailer. For a while I searched for new offerings. Couldn't find anything really for under $40K.
I was then pointed in the direction of Car-On by a friend. I found two appropriate vehicles - a 4 year old Hyundai Veracruz and a 5 year old Honda Pilot. Both were pristine and had low kms. the Sales Associate (Ty Bur) was great at explaining the benefits, risks and characteristics of these and other vehicles I looked at. Very knowledgeable.
I chose the Vercruz. They also had a comprehensive warranty (with Peoples Choice) which would take me from the existing km all up to 200,000km (with no time limit). The cost for the car plus the security of the warranty was $20K.
The warranty is very clear in what it will cover and what it won't - I have experienced some issues with parts that need replacing and pretty much everything has been covered. I have in fact almost doubled the money spent on the warranty in the first place.
Car-On and the service manager/coordinator Alex have been fantastic in each of these experiences. Dealing with a family run business is a different class to a typical employee based model.
I would definitely repeat both the selection of dealer and the People Choice warranty. I have told everyone interested about my experience and usually ask them this question.
Why would you buy a lesser vehicle with a restricted warranty, for more money and more financial risk (immediate depreciation of a brand new vehicle)???
