Top notch customer service!!! I have been dealing with Scarsview since 2002 and I would not go anywhere else. I have purchased two vehicles here and always have them serviced here as well. The service department is the best I've ever experienced. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and always put the customer first. Amal and his team, Suresh, and Diana, go above and beyond to ensure I understand what needs to be done and sometimes, what does not need to be done. I trust their honesty and integrity and my vehicles always run like a fine tuned watch thanks to the great mechanics there. They all know the meaning of great customer service!! Job well done!! More

Consistent experience i have been with them since I purchased my Dodge Caravan in 2012. Suresh at the service desk listens, understands and always does his best to addres i have been with them since I purchased my Dodge Caravan in 2012. Suresh at the service desk listens, understands and always does his best to address & resolve my concerns. Getting a hose-down after the service is done is also a nice touch. Spare parts are pricey - paying for the name I guess & that always gets to me- but I stick around here because of Suresh who does an outstanding job to keep me happy. The mechanics are always open to discussion and to show me why a particular job needs to be done. More

Service Advisor Bad Experience I bought my Dodge Journey 2011 with Scarsview and went for an engine ticking noise issue and was told that I have to pay upfront $100. I asked without I bought my Dodge Journey 2011 with Scarsview and went for an engine ticking noise issue and was told that I have to pay upfront $100. I asked without the diagnostic procedure can he at least give me an idea how much would that cost? I mean these are known issues with Dodge Journey ideas like the dollar per hour of the labor, parts, if and what issues. No but you have to pay the diagnostic fee. I am on a service oriented business as well but at least it will give you an idea roughly shall i spend money for the labor or just buy a new car if ridiculously expensive service? Dodge Journey 159K odometer already ticking noise? seriously? More

The detailing team is phenomenal. I cannot adequately express the outstanding job they do with my van each time it requires detailing. Excellent Service I have been dealing with Scarsview since 1995 when we purchased a Dodge Ram. We traded it for a 2003 3500 Dodge Ram and leased a 2003 Caravan as well I have been dealing with Scarsview since 1995 when we purchased a Dodge Ram. We traded it for a 2003 3500 Dodge Ram and leased a 2003 Caravan as well as a 2007 Jeep Liberty. In 2011 we purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I now drive a 2017 Jeep Trail Hawk. My daughter also purchased a 2008 Caravan which she is still driving. Needless to say I value the experience I have had with both the service team and sales personnel. I have always taken my vehicles for service at Scarsview because everyone has always been so helpful and pleasant. I have had emergency situations that led me to drive straight to the dealership and the service staff gave me assistance immediately. An example occurred when I couldn't find a service station that could fill my truck tires to the air pressure they required and my husband and I were just beginning a trip across Canada. The service department took the time to ensure all six tires had the correct tire pressure and we felt safe with our truck camper on top of this powerful truck. Another time, I had to phone service from the airport to ask how to turn off the automatic stop/start on my 2017 Trail Hawk that I had just purchased. The traffic was stop and go and I knew my son would not be happy when he chauffeured us home. Thanks to Alex, I was able to override the feature. Amal is like family. He is always there to greet me and I feel like I am in good hands when I see him. Thanks Scarsview !! More
