Everyone that works at this dealership is customer service oriented. Whatever they promise they deliver. One of the owners , each time he would see me, would always repeat, " thank you for your business. Really appreciate it". Ask for Ayron, he is really nice and great sales rep to do business with. Bought a Grand Cherokee, Grand Caravan, Ram 1500 and now my new toy - A 2017 Challenger SRT 392 - This one was ordered on line with Eddie and loading it with all the features- I waited for 6xweeks but got my montster exactly the way I wanted. This guys is friendly and very attnetious to details. The best of dealing with him is that he does not push you to choose - he helps you showing you the options and tries to meet your needs. Eddie was always responsive, updated me during these 6xweeks of waiting and he did a great job coordinating all the paper work and this baby's release. Eddie I want to publicly thank you for being so professional and provide me with the best someone can get from a car dealership. Not to mention the great deal I got - Seven View gave me the best discount among so many dealers Well done Eddie!!! As for the financing paper work - You guys hammered!!! After a few weeks I was ready to give up... too many rude and obnoxious sales people not willing to help in any way. My last call was to Mike and he was a pleasant surprise! He answered all my questions and even took pictures of the car and texted them to me. We went in and met Mike, took the car for a test drive, no pressure, and ended up with a new car! He was honest, open and nothing like a car sales person. The whole dealership felt very different from what we were used to dealing with and this made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Mike, for helping me move onto a new car! Stephanie, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to meet and was helpful and efficient. They make a great team! More
