First GM product in 35 years I had not purchased a GM truck in over 35 years after a bad experience with a vehicle purchase and a dealer experience. Prior to this purchase I had n I had not purchased a GM truck in over 35 years after a bad experience with a vehicle purchase and a dealer experience. Prior to this purchase I had not purchased anything but Chrysler products. I purchased a new GMC truck last fall and to date I have been very pleased with the vehicle and the service department at this dealership. The service department has been very accommodating and courteous on a couple small issues with the vehicle. We have other vehicles and have not driven many kilometers as of yet on this truck as this purchase was for pleasure not work. The truck itself handles and drives like an SUV .......very comfortable and quiet ride which is what we were looking for in this vehicle. More

Not completely happy. I was hoping that my new vehicle will be spotless clean in and out when I picked it up but it wasn't. There's some dust inside the vehicle and my gas I was hoping that my new vehicle will be spotless clean in and out when I picked it up but it wasn't. There's some dust inside the vehicle and my gas was only 1/4 filled. I guess I expect too much. The last time I bought a vehicle from there, it was 100% filled with gas and very clean in and out. My husband and I bought at least 6 new vehicles from there. It's too bad I was not completely satisfied when I picked up my new vehicle. More

My vehicle was difficult to diagnose so my stay was lengthy the first I had booked an appt with the service department Very curteous upon arrival. My vehicle was difficult to diagnose so my stay was lengthy the first day. Was disappointed there was no loner but I was offered the shuttle At the end of day one vehicle was not fixed so had to come back. At end of day two parts had to be ordered. I decided to talk to someone about a different vehicle with absolutely little chance of a changing cars. I ended up buying a new car. Was treated very well by all staff. Thank you More

Satisfied Service NO Had a vehicle that needed a factory recall done so booked it in and had a few other things to get done to it. After the multi point inspection there Had a vehicle that needed a factory recall done so booked it in and had a few other things to get done to it. After the multi point inspection there were a few other concerns, that we were phoned about and talked over what to fix and what to leave. Biggest problem was when vehicle was picked up the park brake was not working, and it was when it went in to the shop. When asked about it they were willing to help by saying they could book it back in another day, it is a 310 km round trip to the shop to bring it back in, wouldn't look at it right away. Vehicle is a standard transmission and a park brake is a good thing to have. Probably won't deal with Capital again unless another factory recall, they have to know that everyone doesn't live in Regina and it is not real easy to just bring vehicle back another day. More

I would like the thank Capital GM for the quick and great service, my vehicle was in need of repair and being the holiday season I could not be without a vehicle. Very friendly service.
