Being so far away (4.5 hour trip one way) he became my eyes and his detail and honesty immediately put my mind to ease. He sent detailed videos and candidly noted any items that may show wear on a used car. His calm non-pressure demeanor was exactly what sold me. I never thought I would buy a car without seeing it in person but Hayden made me feel so comfortable.
