"Lied to us"
I bought a 2016 tundra and bought the extended warranty which covered all the oil changes. 65,000km later I get a bill for $1300 they changed all the oil‘s transmission rear and front diffs transfer case power steering they told me this would be all free till the end of my warranty. Guess not lol not impressed. I referred a friend to buy his tundra there and he did and he bought the same warranty as I and was told the same thing he is at 25,000km now. He is not impressed as well oh and I’m still waiting for my referral check two years later. Don’t get me wrong I love my truck just don’t like the way I was treated at Sherwood Park Toyota this is my fourth new vehicle that I bought there this is the first extended warranty that I bought is anybody else having the same problem as me?

Bought a new vehicle at this dealership. Salesmen hid our down payment in the final purchase price. In short, we paid more for the vehicle than the advertised price. Went back to the sales manager, he lied about the advertised price. Complained to Toyota Canada, their response was each dealership was independently owned and operated and they could do nothing. Last Toyota I'll ever buy. I would not recommend this dealership, or any other Toyota given our experience.

We recently bought Venza from Toyota Sherwood Park and deal was finalized within half an hour! They gave me everything that I wanted including the deal which I am very satisfied with. They did not put any pressure on us to buy any addition features/accessories which was a plus point for me. Amazing staff and outstanding customer service. Definitely recommend this branch.

HEY TOYOTA!! Take note! These guys are very good at what they do for you, and they do it by being genuine people, not by just being programmed salesmen.
Recently I found myself in the market for a new vehicle. The first dealer I stopped at was Sherwood Park Toyota. Now, this was supposed to be the first of several dealerships, that I planned to visit, prior to actually finding the right vehicle for me. The first gentleman I spoke to at the Toyota Dealership, was Shafik. Now I don't usually have much use for salesmen, and even today I originally brushed off, what I assumed was just another salesman. But with Shafik things were a little different. He was a human being, not a sales robot. He wasn't there to just sell. He was polite and interested in what I had to say, without being pushy or irritating. When it was all said and done, 2 days later I signed the papers on a 2013 4RUNNER. WOW! If you had told me that this would happen in just 2 days, I would have told you, your crazy! I didn't even go to another Dealership. For whatever reason, Shafik and I met that day. I needed a vehicle and he was a very nice person, who, in his spare time, also sold vehicles for living. Shafik allowed "me" to decide on what I wanted to buy. He really listened to what I had to say, instead of having a prearranged, rehearsed sales pitch that we have all heard way too often. Shafik is a natural, because he is genuine and honest. Toyota, you are lucky to have this man in your sales department. He makes you all a bunch of money.
During the 2 days that it took, to wrap up this deal, I also had the pleasure of meeting 2 other gentlemen. John (Sales Manager) and Eli (Finance Manager). Again, both guys were "actual people," just like you and I. They were not what we have all come to know as the stereotypical Car Salesmen. Of course they wanted to sell me a vehicle, but that did not come across as the end-all, be-all of the conversations we had over 2 days. John pulled a couple of strings to allow the deal to happen, and in fact took the time out of a very busy Sunday, to call me at home and reassure me that he could make the deal happen for me. Both John & Eli were very helpful in getting me approved (something that I wasn't sure, was going to happen). Eli, was very knowledgeable, and again was easy to talk to, when it came to the financing and paperwork side of things. Shafik + John + Eli = My Perfect New ( new to me, anyways ) 4RUNNER.
As soon as I stepped onto the Sherwood Park Toyota's property I was kindly greeted by Shafik who helped me find the perfect truck! The Toyota team was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided a very calm and easy environment. I would highly recommend this Toyota site to anyone!
