We have purchased 3 used TDi vehicles from Rob McKenzie. It has constantly a great experience. We recently had one of our vehicles in for repair and we met Service Advisor Doug DaCosta. Doug was great It has constantly a great experience. We recently had one of our vehicles in for repair and we met Service Advisor Doug DaCosta. Doug was great explaining the service/repair process, the applicable warranty and, was personable/professional throughout. The other service folks there were pleasant. Great service from the moment we pulled in to the lot to when we drive off in our new car (same day btw).
