We offered to replace the vehicle that was damaged with a brand new one, however, as you did not wish to go ahead with the sale, there wasn’t much we could do. Not correct, tbe truck you offered me was $30000 plus more money.... with no discount.. You cost me roughly $2000 in flights and accommodations, and never offered any compensation.. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE

Suggesting that we have been fined for this is simply not true – we have never been fined on any platform. Welp, I mean if you were willing to sell a car cash, I would have a car from you, because I very much wanted the car from you and was even willing to pay more than the advertised price (which we both know you never planned to sell it for, don't gaslight me). I had no salesperson mention to me the "buy it now" button on the site, which appears to be the only mode offered to buy cash, however the issue in this case does lie with the policy that basically states that you can't actually buy in cash because the site says its not their responsibility if I send a deposit or payment but am not given anything for it. For example, I was told in email that you're policy doesn't allow any deposit or hold made on the car, but the carjifi app on YOUR website allows the deposit to be made just so you can turn around and say the car is no longer available and deposits weren't allowed lol.
