We were only intending to test drive the day we came into the dealership as we weren't sure what we were wanting to buy, but Sarah put as at ease right away and was able to answer all of our questions. Everyone there was very helpful, generally looking to get what's best for you, and not just pushing stuff on you. This went for everyone from top to bottom, service, sales, and financing. Sara Escobar is an amazing sales person! Extremely helpful and pleasant! All the staff we met were so friendly and when we came back to pick up our Soul remembered us and were again very friendly and genuinely happy for us. It felt very comfortable to be there! Also - had our dog with us and everyone was very nice to her as well. Overall excellent experience- best dealership out of all of our car shopping! Thanks Sarah and thanks Dixie Kia!

I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, I was happy with my overall experience and ultimately bought a 2018 KIA Sportage SX Turbo. Sarah was specifically helpful and did not pressure me into a sale. I was choosing between the Kia and a Lexus NX200 and ultimately decided the Kia was a better buy all things considered (price not being a deciding factor). I would recommend this dealership.

Our memorable moment visits to 401 Dixie Kia have always been with a happy feeling to the warm hospitality that radiates from the front receptionists - Ms. Candice and Ms. Jennifer. They always have been attentive to our calls and seek to, advise or to direct us to those who we need to ascertain or follow-up with in regards to our enquiry or a matter at hand. They do give a good first impression of 401 Dixie Kia - simply courteous and polite! Ms. Sarah Escobar, Sales Agent 401 Dixie Kia discussed our pre-purchase enquiries for a re-used vehicle. She listens intensely not only to our needs and wants but also provides a rough draft plan to an initial prima facie resale price and further offers due pre-preparation to required documentation and also other supporting material for our selected re-used vehicle and so forth. She provides complimentary explanation of the reused vehicle's dashboard and compartment gadgets and the entire vehicle's history prior to a test drive by us. She also seeks on our behalf to re-view a re-negotiated purchase of our first selected reused vehicle at 401 Dixie Kia with her superior, Mr. Chris Perri, Sales Manager. The Chris-Sarah Sales Team dismantles most of our initial apprehensiveness toward questions about the availability and purchase matters with tact and substantiated understanding. Mr. Chris eases our initial purchase dilemma with an air of calmness - with his utmost care and good humour and respect! He is a cheerful and a dynamite person - full of enthusiasm and optimism. Mr. Chris has an acute business-customer salesmanship foresight that generates the build of trust as based upon his proven generousity to us. Both, Mr. Chris and Ms. Sarah as individuals are very cheerful, courteous, pleasant, respectful, sociable and certainly show great considerations to our questions that require any immediate follow-ups. These are basic signs of an effective and efficient mode of excellent customer-sales service. Both are reckon to be truly excellent employees and are definitely great assets at 401 Dixie Kia! On one occasion, a pleasant impromptu meeting with Mr. Eric, Owner at 401 Dixie Kia took place at his open cubicle that is situated alongside to his sales team employees. He further strengthens our belief that his business-customer acumen is based on a microcosmic vision - instantaneous customer-employee-employer access - as to analyze, bind, create, pattern and tie any customer's enquiry, desire, needs and wants - that helps the livelihood and customer-growth to a successful business entity. It is an exceptional and a unique business and marketing strategy that encompasses the perimeters to any sub-par standards rival competitor as the theory of a first-time-approach to a satisfied-returning-customer ideology holds very true! Last but not least, comes our meeting with Mr. Amit Sharma, Financial Manager at 401 Dixie Kia. He is certainly very instrumental to have assist us to our connection with a major financial banking institution for the purchase order from 401 Dixie Kia. Mr. Amit is certainly very approachable, friendly, honest, intelligent, knowledgeable, extremely patient, polite, respectful, trustworthy and well mannered. He is open to opinions and suggestions and also honest to take great effort and time to explain about the financial, purchase, sales and to other legal documentation matters too. Mr. Amit's decades of accountancy and financial management expertise and business acumen rapport with major national banks and institutions did achieve credit to our purchasing endeavours at 401 Dixie Kia. Overall, Mr. Amit's excellent customer service is the true attribute of a financial business professional! While we can wait to be received by any departmental personnel in relation to an issue or matter, complimentary cold and warm drinks are available at a comfortable and sofa cushioned designated location at the back of the Show Room - with access to TV news, brochures, catalogs, auto bulletins and newspapers. Such amenities as guests at the business place with access to seats and warm drinks in winter? Excellent! In summary, all these above-mentioned attributes as derived from the business-employee-employer-customer stand-point are noted as contributions to Excellence to Customer Service at 401 Dixie Kia. As cutomers, we are able to rationalize these business pillars as the very foundation platforms to Mr. Eric's projected business visualization to a long-term customer relationship by providing quality service with an excellent team of employees. We do wish the very best to Mr. Eric and to all of his excellent employees at 401 Dixie Kia with our humble opinion about the wonderful service we do receive each time during our past visits. "First time Kia customer, couldn`t be happier!!!"

My husband and myself just purchased a 2018 Kia Soul. We had just come out of a bad experience at a used car dealer so we were a little hesitant and definitely were keen on exploring our options. Out of the numerous places we have visited and multiple people we had spoke to, Sarah was by far the nicest and most patient. If I were to rate the type of customers we were coming in on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the most annoying who test drive EVERYTHING and ask a million questions - 10 being the ones that just sign a paper) I`d say we were close to 1. It didn`t matter how many times we asked to test drive a different vehicle we were continuously treated with the same friendly attitude. Imagine walking into a place where they actually treat you like family, not just claim to. Sarah must have spent close to her entire Saturday with us when we stopped by. We were indecisive, and all over the place but she went above and beyond to make sure we were making the right decision for us. She made us feel right at home, as if we had known her forever. Even when we were dealing with her manager Adam and Marco for warranty, we got the exact same treatment. Sharing in laughter and conversation as if we knew eachother personally. You can walk into 10 other dealers and get the same pushy feeling from their sales department, this was non existent here. I have had my Soul for almost a week now and I love getting into that car/SUV everyday. I can't wait to go back there for my first oil change, just to say hi! Sarah, Adam & Marco, thank you so much for everything you did for us. We definitely wouldn't have been able to get through the situation we were in regarding the used car and looking for a new one without your support and kindness.
