Our memorable moment visits to 401 Dixie Kia have always been with a happy feeling to the warm hospitality that radiates from the front receptionists - Ms. Candice and Ms. Jennifer. They always have been attentive to our calls and seek to, advise or to direct us to those who we need to ascertain or follow-up with in regards to our enquiry or a matter at hand. They do give a good first impression of 401 Dixie Kia - simply courteous and polite!
Ms. Sarah Escobar, Sales Agent 401 Dixie Kia discussed our pre-purchase enquiries for a re-used vehicle. She listens intensely not only to our needs and wants but also provides a rough draft plan to an initial prima facie resale price and further offers due pre-preparation to required documentation and also other supporting material for our selected re-used vehicle and so forth. She provides complimentary explanation of the reused vehicle's dashboard and compartment gadgets and the entire vehicle's history prior to a test drive by us. She also seeks on our behalf to re-view a re-negotiated purchase of our first selected reused vehicle at 401 Dixie Kia with her superior, Mr. Chris Perri, Sales Manager.

Both, Mr. Chris and Ms. Sarah as individuals are very cheerful, courteous, pleasant, respectful, sociable and certainly show great considerations to our questions that require any immediate follow-ups. These are basic signs of an effective and efficient mode of excellent customer-sales service. Both are reckon to be truly excellent employees and are definitely great assets at 401 Dixie Kia!
On one occasion, a pleasant impromptu meeting with Mr. Eric, Owner at 401 Dixie Kia took place at his open cubicle that is situated alongside to his sales team employees. He further strengthens our belief that his business-customer acumen is based on a microcosmic vision - instantaneous customer-employee-employer access - as to analyze, bind, create, pattern and tie any customer's enquiry, desire, needs and wants - that helps the livelihood and customer-growth to a successful business entity. It is an exceptional and a unique business and marketing strategy that encompasses the perimeters to any sub-par standards rival competitor as the theory of a first-time-approach to a satisfied-returning-customer ideology holds very true!
Last but not least, comes our meeting with Mr. Amit Sharma, Financial Manager at 401 Dixie Kia. He is certainly very instrumental to have assist us to our connection with a major financial banking institution for the purchase order from 401 Dixie Kia. Mr. Amit is certainly very approachable, friendly, honest, intelligent, knowledgeable, extremely patient, polite, respectful, trustworthy and well mannered. He is open to opinions and suggestions and also honest to take great effort and time to explain about the financial, purchase, sales and to other legal documentation matters too.
Mr. Amit's decades of accountancy and financial management expertise and business acumen rapport with major national banks and institutions did achieve credit to our purchasing endeavours at 401 Dixie Kia. While we can wait to be received by any departmental personnel in relation to an issue or matter, complimentary cold and warm drinks are available at a comfortable and sofa cushioned designated location at the back of the Show Room - with access to TV news, brochures, catalogs, auto bulletins and newspapers. Such amenities as guests at the business place with access to seats and warm drinks in winter? Excellent!
