Great experience! We already new what we wanted when we went to this specific dealership. We had researched online so we were determined to bring this car home! As I was outside looking around, Sammy approached me and asked if he could help and in fact he did. I think that he realized right away how much I wanted that specific car and he just led me to it! Didn't make me feel in any way that it couldn't happen. Never questioned my choice or made me look another way. I really appreciate that a salesperson doesn't question you or push you to something he already knows you don't want! Anyway, he was great and we are truly satisfied! We came home feeling that the people we had talked with would do everything they could for us and they did! More

Steve Dodge Ram 1500 Sport Researched this truck for over 2 months online. Went to many dealerships that could not meet my price point. I lost all hope of getting my ram 2016 ra Researched this truck for over 2 months online. Went to many dealerships that could not meet my price point. I lost all hope of getting my ram 2016 ram sport until one day after work I went into Team Chrysler. Sammy and Karl started to talk me into a 2017 because all of the 2016 were pretty much sold out everywhere else I had tried. Went back a few days later because there was a Chrysler sales rep there offering better incentives which was closer to my price point. He was also great to deal with. They were friendly, funny and made my buying experience enjoyable which i couldn't say about another dealership that I went to which I won't mention. Overall i would like to thank everyone there they made my buying experience relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable. Making a purchase this big is a hard thing to do and the last thing you want is to feel pressured or intimidated. Dealership was awesome thanks again. Steve More

As i stepped in, there was the rep welcoming me with a smile. From there it took off. I knew what i wanted n the rep provided me with all info. I did give him a hard time, but he went through it. All in all i am happy about my new 2016 4×4 Cherokee North. I am quite impressed with the staff of Team Chrysler. They worked together to make things happen for the customer. Keep up the good work.
