Worst service ever. Don't even consider buying a vehicle from this place. I bought a new car from this dealership, and my wipers broke, and they have been ordering wipers for me since September 2023. and we are now in 5 Dec.2023 and the right parts are still not available, although they made me go 3 times to the dealership saying that the parts are there to find out later in the day that they have the wrong parts. If they cannot take care of a wiper.. . What do you expect from them?? I asked them to provide me with a car rental on their own expense because my car is not drivable in winter with broken wipers, and it is their fault , as it took them so far around 3 months without solving the issue, and they refused saying they need another 3 weeks to get the part and they cannot cover this expense of car rental, and didn't even offer any other kind of compensation. They insist the car is drivable and there is no issue...this is the head of the service department saying that. . More

Bought a used vehicle that was advertised as coming with a spare set of tires. Got screwed around for 3 months and was told the tires were thrown out and I would have to pay for new ones. This is the worst dealership. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018 and purchased a maintenance packaged that covered oil changes and tire rotation. Today I go in to do oil change and tire change and they present me with a bill AFTER the work is done. At that point telling me warranty was over at 100k & I am at 102K. SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED WHEN I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT or before the service was done. Spoke to the service manager that told me "$170" is nothing and that i would have to pay somewhere else?? WOW! He was so arrogantly telling me that I should have know and that its not their responsibility, Really, called in to book the appointment, told them I had a maintenance package?? Then service advisor says he is "new" & didn't know. Since day one nothing but issues with this dealership. Stay away. I was in the market for a new vehicle....at least i know where NOT TO GO. More

I have been going to Whiteoak for ages and decided to travel out to them since I moved. Unfortunately this place is now run by 0 familiar faces. Do not use, they are scammers. I agreed on the price of a vehicle based on the window sticker, they then did up the invoice, about $5000 more. I told them I didn't want the extras and insisted I couldn't buy the vehicle without buying something. They added maintenance $3400, etching $600 ( whatever that is), wheel locks $150 ( $99 on Ford website). I ended up paying the $600 and $150 plus $750 for tire and wheel insurance ( cheapest thing i could buy) otherwise I couldn't buy the vehicle. On top of that they wanted the money right away to put the vehicle through on that months sales otherwise they would sale it to someone else. Plus I live in Nova Scotia which has no front plate, I asked for the bracket to not be installed, they said it was too late it was on but it did no damage and thing. LIE, I now have two holes in my vehicle that they won't fix. Lier's and scammers, buyers beware. Don't waste your time. More
