Lack of communication between the two salesman that were trying to help me purchasing. I want to pick up my truck on a certain day, and it was never even detailed, washed, there was salt all over the floor trying to help me purchasing. He brought it up and copied my license and off I went. When I came back, I said that I needed to discuss with my wife and again no pressure. So we came back a couple days later and we had a great conversation about pricing and trade in value. No back and forth. I came back two days later and it was immaculate condition!
