Bought my SVU in April (bought CPP plan and the extended warranty... when I bought ut I was promised (free cleaning, missing key and my sunglasses holder fixed) in June started to have transmission issues s warranty... when I bought ut I was promised (free cleaning, missing key and my sunglasses holder fixed) in June started to have transmission issues so I requested at the beginning of June. Back and forth with the sales department to get everything done at the sane time... On September 7th they called me to tell me that the transmission work was done but the rest will be done next week so I had to go get it and bring it back so my husband called Scott the GM (left 2 voice mail) he never called back but Rylan called him back and came up with some common sense and say "no no keep the loaner and you can come get it when everything is done " finally got my SUV at the end of August to get transmission, key, cleaning and windshield stone chips. Got my SUV back yesterday on September 20th. When my husband picked it up Radio station was changed and volume cranked up. Not a big deal... cleaning and windshield wasn't done and the sunroof was left open. The first thing that the service manager told my husband ok so everything has been done the windshield etc... Service and sales team no communication between those 2 This is very bad More

I purchases a brand new 2023 Chevrolet Blazer (July 17, 2023). When I went to pick up the car there were a few minor scratches on the car, at this point the car salesman said I could take the car and bring 2023). When I went to pick up the car there were a few minor scratches on the car, at this point the car salesman said I could take the car and bring it back in a few weeks to have the scratches repaired. I was very nervous about this because of past experience. A few hours after I left I noticed that the passenger door was also not aligned properly so I sent them a message and pictures. He said don't worry just show it when I drop it off for the paint. On Friday Aug 18, 2023 I decided to bring the SUV in to have it fixed, they told me it would be ready later that day. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, go by still no car. Finally Tuesday I phone and they tell me the car is ready. When I go in they did no work on the door and told me it is supposed to be like that. The car still had bug guts on the from where they were to have removed the scratches and there were now even more scratches on the car. I argued about the door and the scratches so they tell me to leave the car there and they will fix it. Thursday comes and they tell me they need the loaner back and to take my car. I am told that they buffed the scratches but the person doing the coating can't get to my car until Wednesday the following week. I come and pick up my SUV. On Aug 29th I sent them photos of how badly the detailers scratched up my SUV, you can see everywhere they buffed and everywhere they didn't, when the sun was on it. It was all scratched and a weird haze on it that didn't come off. The clear coat was even buffed off in spots. I was advised by the salesman Cam that they were accusing me of doing this to my own SUV. He told me he knows I didn't do it. I was nervous about this not working so Cam said if it doesn't work and the car isn't perfect after this coating that he will get me into a new blazer in grey or white at no additional cost to me other then the increased cost of the car ( trade in would be what I owe ). I drop my SUV off on Aug 30, 2023 to have this coating, I phone on September 1st to see when it will be available for pick up and I am told they didn't have time to complete and that they would work on it Saturday and I can pick it up on the Monday. Monday comes and I go to get my car and I notice that there are still bug guts on the car that have now been ceramic coated over so they wont come off. There was also water spots in the coating from when they installed it. I was advised to not worry and they would get back to me. I noticed the coating also left this weird pattern all over my car. When this got brought up with the car dealer he called me a liar saying that his guy would never ever ceramic over bugs he is the best in the business, keep in mind I was told by Cam the sales man that he was pretty sure the detailer that worked on my car was fired. Chris Fish from cleanfreaks (he does the coating) said that there was damage to more than 85% of my car on his facebook post. The sales manager hung up on me so I drove to the dealer ship where he wouldn't even come out to look at my car. After talking with the salesman he decided to come out agreed to work on the front of the car some more but that he wouldn't touch the rest of the car. He told me it comes this scratched from the factory and that all black cars are like this. I ad agreed to have them try to work on it but then advised I was going to seek legal advise first s now they are not responding me to. I am not sure where to go from here but I bought a new car not one that they have damaged so much. More

Overall experience was terrible. Communications was very poor. Couldn't get ahold of people. Did not return my calls. Service done was not explained. The overlay on billing was bad. Will defiantly not be recommending this place. More
